Description:

This notice announces the availability of funds and solicits proposals from State, local, multi-state, tribal agencies and non-profit public or private organizations or institutions, for partnership projects to develop and implement a woodstove changeout program in the greater Pittsburgh area of southwest Pennsylvania, and Libby, Montana, targeted primarily at low income households.
